Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 07/21/2026 Last Updated: 07/21/2026

Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using middlegeorgialocalservices.com (the “Site”), operated by Middle Georgia Local Services (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you (“User,” “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Description of Service

The Site is a directory and referral platform that allows visitors to browse categories of local services and submit inquiries or quote requests. We connect Users with independent, third-party businesses and contractors (“Providers”) operating in the Middle Georgia region.

We are not a service provider. Middle Georgia Local Services does not perform plumbing, electrical, landscaping, home repair, or any other listed service. We do not employ, supervise, or control any Provider. Providers are independent businesses solely responsible for the services they perform.

2. No Endorsement or Guarantee

Listing a Provider on the Site does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, warranty, or guarantee of that Provider’s work, licensing, insurance, qualifications, pricing, or conduct. We do not independently verify the accuracy of information Providers submit to us unless expressly stated otherwise. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence, including confirming licensing, insurance, and references, before hiring any Provider.

3. Eligibility and User Conduct

You must be at least 18 years old to submit a request through the Site. By using the Site, you agree that you will not:

  • Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site using automated means without our prior written consent
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
  • Submit spam, unsolicited advertising, or malicious content through any form on the Site

4. Submitting Requests

When you submit a contact form or quote request, you authorize us to share the information you provide with one or more Providers so they may contact you regarding your request. We do not guarantee that any Provider will respond, that a Provider will be available in your area, or that pricing quoted by a Provider will be accurate or final. Any agreement for services is strictly between you and the Provider.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by or licensed to Middle Georgia Local Services and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

Provider-submitted content (such as business descriptions, photos, or reviews) remains the property of the respective submitter, who grants us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the Site.

6. Third-Party Links and Content

WE MAKE NO WARRANTY REGARDING THE QUALITY, SAFETY, LEGALITY, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY PROVIDER OR ANY SERVICES PERFORMED BY A PROVIDER.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MIDDLE GEORGIA LOCAL SERVICES AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
